1. Online Courses

All course purchases are considered final and non-refundable, unless a specific course page explicitly states that the course is eligible for a refund.

If a course offers a refund, the refund terms, eligibility criteria, and refund period will be clearly mentioned on that course’s sales page. Only those specific terms will apply.

If no refund policy is mentioned on the course page, no refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or transfers will be provided after purchase.

2. Digital Products

All digital products sold by Cinetop Film School, including but not limited to:

• Downloadable assets
• Presets
• LUTs
• Templates
• E-books
• Prompt packs
• Project files
• Resource bundles
• Software files
• Digital downloads
are non-refundable.Since digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final.


3. Webinars & Live Masterclasses

All registrations for:

• Live Webinars
• AI Masterclasses
• Workshops
• Live Training Sessions
• Online Events
are non-refundable.Once payment has been successfully processed, your seat is reserved exclusively for you. Therefore, refunds, cancellations, or transfers will not be provided.If Cinetop Film School cancels a webinar or live event, participants may be offered either:
• A full refund, or
• Access to a rescheduled session,
at our sole discretion.


4. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. After verification, the duplicate payment will be refunded.


5. Failed Transactions

If your payment fails but your bank account has been debited, the amount is generally reversed automatically by your payment provider or bank within their standard processing time.If your order is not created and the payment is not automatically reversed, please contact us with your payment details for assistance.


6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests outside the stated policy will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of Cinetop Film School. Approval of one request does not establish a precedent for future requests.


7. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact Cinetop Film School before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider.Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

• Suspension or termination of account access.
• Permanent restriction from future purchases.
• Legal action where applicable.
